Credit Card Information / Cariszone.com Contacting you

Importantly, Cariszone.com nor any representatives from Cariszone.com will call via telephone or request via email nor any medium - your credit card information. We will never need your credit card information, nor do we have access to your credit card information. Customers credit card information is not stored on our database, and for every order you will need to re-enter your credit card information, each time. If we try to contact you via telephone, it will be during business hours, and our land line numbers will always be displayed and will only appear from numbers listed under contact us on cariszone.com, this also applies to our email address, where you will only be contacted from those listed on our site. NEVER give your credit card information to any one claiming to be from Cariszone.com.

The only way you will give your credit card information is if you use our service when the site is temporarily down and you will have to call us at those listed numbers under contact us on www.cariszone.com. We reiterate never give your credit card details to anyone claiming to be Cariszone.com.

Electronic Communications

When you visit Cariszone.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Cariszone.com sells products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a valid credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Cariszone.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Cariszone.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Site Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

An essential requirement to complete a site transaction is that, your billing address and shipping address provided to Cariszone.com must correspond with the address/addresses as stated on your credit card account. In other words, the addresses provided should be legitimate as per your banking records; otherwise the order will be refused by the Cariszone.com.

All Digital and Downloadable products which do not require delivery will be emailed to main account email address. For first time users or customers who never had a prior delivery, Identification will be required to process the order. To receive the code via email we will require a scanned copy of a valid identification. Upon receipt of the identification via email, we will examine authenticity and if accurate we will proceed with the order and if any concerns we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the card.

Right to Change Site

We reserve the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to: modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Site, with or without notice; charge fees in connection with the use of the Site; modify and/or waive any fees charged in connection with the Site; and/or offer opportunities to some or all users of the Site. Dispute Resolution

Mindful of the high cost of litigation, not only in dollars but also in time and energy, both you and Cariszone.com agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Site, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("Dispute"), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by first class or registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Notice shall be sent:

2. To you at: your last-used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile.

Both you and Cariszone.com agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent which must be satisfied prior to initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.

Termination

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Cariszone.com you may terminate this Agreement at any time. Cariszone.com also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes. You are personally liable for any orders placed or charges incurred through your account prior to termination. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspect of the Web Site at any time without notice.
