You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with ALL original packaging and materials included with the shipment. Please note that the delivery fee is a non-refundable charge. If the return is a result of, our error or a defective product, we will refund the full cost of the item, inclusive of the delivery charges for that particular Item, within a specified period of time designated by our warranty agreement. If the product is defective upon opening the original packaging, a replacement of the product will be given with no additional delivery fee. It is important to note that refunds on Orders will only be appliacble for defective and damaged products received, Cariszone.com will not be able to provide refunds on unrelated defects. Returns must be initiated within your warranty perriod.
Cariszone.com warranty for most electronic items: Cariszone.com will provide 30 days replacement warranty for electronic items purchased through the website for manufacturers’ defects only; this is without physical damage, software alteration and unbroken manufacturer’s seal, and warranty excludes maltreatment; our sales department will do a thorough inspection upon receipt. Thereafter, if there are any defects to the item after the one month has expired, the Manufacturer’s Warranty will be in effect. To receive the Manufacturer’s warranty, the item will need to be returned to the original manufacturer, all cost in returning the product to the manufacturer will be covered by the customer. Conversely, if the Customer prefers Cariszone to rectify the issue with the product, the cost for replacement parts and repairing the product will be the sole responsibility of the Customers’. All warranty issues must be initiated within the stipulated warranty period, which is effective date of delivery for 30 days.
What can be returned?
Refunds on Orders will only be appliacble for defective and damaged products received, Cariszone.com will not be able to provide refunds on unrelated defects. Returns for these under mentioned are ONLY allowed, if the original packaging and or manufacturer’s seals are unbroken. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied for certain items, and where applicable a pick-up and or delivery fee will be charged.

Cariszone.com accepts eligible returns within 3 days of customer receiving order.
You can initiate a return by sending an email to Cariszone.com returns center within 3 days, where a ‘Return Product’ (RP) form will be provided. The RP form is basically information describing the product purchased and details of the order placed. The customer will then complete the RP form and return it to Cariszone.com via email. Cariszone.com will then Issue to the customer, a RP number, in which the customer then uses to label the item packaging. After which, Cariszone.com will collect. All original packaging, accesories and tags must be returned with the item. Refunds on Orders will only be appliacble for defective and damaged products received, Cariszone.com will not be able to provide refunds on unrelated defects.
Yes, there is a return fee: the return fee will be ten percent (10%) of the original cost of the item. If the return is a result of, our error or a defective product, we will refund the full cost of the item, inclusive of delivery charged for that particular item. Cariszone.com has the right to charge return fees at our discretion. A restocking fee of 10% will applied to all exchanges and a delivery/pickup fee (dependent on your area ranging from TT$30.00 or more) will be applicable for all exchanges, where it does not involve manufacturers defects or due to any blunders by Cariszone.com.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you can do this by sending an electronic mail (e-mail) to email@example.com to request a replacement within a maximum of three (3) days. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns. Limitation to returns and exchanges: we will only accept returns or exchanges if the product in is the orginal packaging and the tags and seals of the manufacturer are still attached to the item. We will not accept returns and exchanges on products used and or consumed such as apparel shoes and jewelry; and grocery health and beauty products, gift cards, electronic codes (for example itunes, xbox, Playstaion Network...etc) and on non-defective electronics. Exchanges will only applicable for defective products within the warranty period only if manufactuers seal and tags remain intact. There will be a delivery fee for all exchanges. if a defective claim is made after the warranty has expired, cariszone.com reserves all right to deny claims made after the warranty expires. Warranty is effective from upon date of delivery within period of 30 days.

Cariszone will provide refunds only if we are liable for any errors, with orders and for maufacturers defects where the warranty period is in effect. Refunds will not be issued for errors made on the Customer behalf, where an incorrect item, size or color was selected at checkout or delivery preference was changed after an order was placed.
If an order was created in error or your preference has changed for the color or size of the item/s or delivery preference was changed, Cariszone.com will not issue a refund to your credit card, instead a certificate will be issued to you for the value. The Certificate will not have a expiry date and can be used only on Cariszone.com, in addition it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
